I'm In The Tech Room-Now What?

If you own one of our engines, chances are real good that you will be in the tech room. Here is some things that you should know so that you are not caught with your pants down. Part of our customer service is to make sure that you have the information you need to win races. And the race is not won until you clear tech, so pay attention close. It's important!

Some Real Easy Rules

1. Have respect for the tech man. Like the race director, he has a crappy job for sure.

2. Do not make the tech official mad. Being a "knob" or short with the tech man will give him no tolerance for you at all.

2. Do not insult the tech man. See number 1.

3. Always protest if thrown out. It is always good to have other eyes on a different day look at the part in question.

What You Will Need

1. Tools to disassemble the engine. Screw driver, 3/16 allen wrench (ball and regular), 1/2 socket on an extension, impact wrench, 5/16 socket on a wratchet, 5/32 allen wrench, heck, bring the whole set and a long blade flat screw driver (for taking the throttle shaft screw out).

2. Additional Goodies-WD 40, several clean rags and a box to put it in when you are cleared.
