We have meticulously thought through every aspect in designing the new Surge Champ kart making as many user friendly options as possible. We have raced champs for years and have a good idea on how they need to be. We have also won or finished in the top 3 of some of the biggest champ kart races including Tunica and WKA Dirt Series as well as the Desoto Champ Kart Pavement Series. We know how to make them work!

-Adjustable lead-Left front and right front adjustable. You can get up to one inch of lead. No other chassis provides the lead adjustment that the Surge does. More lead makes the kart more "free". Less lead makes the kart get more grip.

-Tons of weight Tabs-More than twice the weight tabs of any other chassis allows a way easier job of mounting lead for light weight drivers

-Quick Release Axle System-Similar to what you have seen on the flat karts and the same on the Surge flat kart. It takes you two minutes to take the axle out for servicing! Really nice

-Pro Motor Mount-Assure you of perfect engine alignment each time. The engine and mount will not wobble with this mount.
