We have been innovators in these areas:

-Tools to measure valve float-The FIRST installed height gauge-The FIRST valve spring tester for valve float applications.

-Designed and marketed many, many grinds of Stocker, Controlled Stock, Limited, Open and Super Stock cam grinds that were sold in the thousands to engine builder all over the country.

-First person to come up with and build a loop pipe for the Briggs engines. We were granted a U.S. Design Patent on the loop pipe with Comp Cams.

-First cam manufacturer to give racers and engine builders exact specifications on where valve springs pressures and installed heights needed to be at in order to obtain valve float. Take that a step further, I was the first cam manufacturer to supply complete data on obtaining the most power.

-Developed Dual valve springs for Limiteds that set the stage for all others to be made by.

-Involved in the initial development of the Controlled Stock Class for WKA.

-Tester for Noram clutches in the late 80's. Later, I was the team driver for Max Torque with the late (and very great) Aaron Anderson (rest in peace Aaron-We miss you).

-Paid and un-paid seminars teaching engine builders the tricks of the trade.

We are unique in that we have many components manufactured exclusively for us. This allows us to control the quality and the performance of our products. Our engines have the following parts manufactured exclusively for us:

-Camshafts

-Piston rings

-Headers

-Seats and guides

-Throttle shafts

And more. We have some good parts. Put good machine work with it and you have a keeper!
