Pro Series-With Most All Options
We start with the best block based on what our SF-60 Superflow work station tells us. Then the block goes to the machine shop where we perform the following procedures (many procedures are left out to protect our secrets):-Briggs and Stratton Steel Sleeve Dual Ball Bearing Block
-Line Honed with high quality Sunnen Equipment -Gecker Motorsports Piston Rings -Precision Decked -Ported block -Tig welded Lifter Bore for Durability -ARC billet connecting rod -Custom Gecker Motorsports camshaft and special valve springs -Billet Lifters -Great Carb, Level 1 matched with custom filter adapter, in house throttle shaft/butterfly and return spring -Max size restricter plates for plate class engines -Tuned header and muffler package for our cam combination -ND Spark Plug -plasma brush finish hone and much more.
The block is surfaced on the base where it mounts to the motor mount.
The block is welded in the lifter bore area for added durability. Seems like we are the only engine builder that installs guides in the lifter bores. Why not do it right to start with?
The new side cover is checked for proper crank lateral and diagonal alignment to the flywheel bearing or bushing, and repaired if necessary.
A special cylinder sleeve is installed containing an expensive and extremely hardened material that fosters extensive piston ring life. This is the same type of sleeve that is currently being used by Cup teams!
The sleeve is align bored and finish honed to proper piston clearance size.
The block is decked nicely with some special tricks.
The head is cut and then the block, head and carb package is re-flow tested.
Once optimum flow is achieved, we setup the springs and spring pockets for the proper valve float at an RPM specific to the class and weight that the engine will be used in.
High quality Teflon impregnated valve guides are installed with max size valve seats and lifter bore bushings.
The block then moves to assembly where we use a custom in-house camshaft that has been derived from years of development and manufacturing.
The engine is then assembled by the very best, with the very best available parts and modifications...Of course, we can't tell you everything!
After assembly, the engine is dyno tested on our in-house intertia dyno. If the engine produces the horsepower and torque necessary to win races, we ship the engine to you. NO JUNK HERE. ONLY THE BEST COME FROM US.

The Gecker Challenge
Have you noticed that other shops are charging $1550 or more for a stocker? When you call them, ask if they are doing or installing the following:
Upper and lower valve guides, custom valve seats, ceramic bearings, custom rings
The answer is no. They are charging the same as we are but not doing what we are doing. You get what you pay for here and we guarantee it to be the best! After 12 races your engine will not fall off in performance as it will withOUT the above options. That is a big time pay off for sure!!
We make our own rings and what a big difference!
Each engine dynoed on our computerized acceleration dyno.
5000 Sq Feet of performance super center!
This is our R & D facility. Tires are done here and so is engine testing & development work.
